Central Church of Christ is involved in outreach to various parts of the globe. The congregation supports ministers in Saratov, Russia and in Granada, Nicaragua. Under the over site of the Central elders, the Missions committee helps to administer the missions program as Central.

Saratov, Russia has been supported by Central since the mid '90s. Aundre and Valary are the local ministers there and are charged with preaching and teaching duties at the local congregation.
Granada, Nicaragua has been supported by Central since 2000. Richard Areas is the local minister there, preaching and teaching. His wife, Everling, teaches children's classes.
